Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking information. BackEmbrace is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided to us. Shipments returned to BackEmbrace as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, as there is no way to intercept a package in transit. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for customs fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase. BackEmbrace is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped free of charge via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping time within the contiguous United States is typically 2-4 days. Shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous United States require more time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Express International, FedEx International, or DHL. Please note that international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning duties and taxes will be charged to you by the shipping upon or following delivery. Payment of taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs. FedEx International and DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. box, please provide a physical mailing address for delivery. International orders may take longer to arrive than expected. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. BackEmbrace is not responsible for any extra fees, duties or taxes associated with your purchase. Customers will be responsible for these charges, even if the package is refused.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We do not process exchanges. Please place a new order for your desired size and kindly return you order for a refund as outlined below.

RETURNS

We hope you LOVE your BackEmbrace, however should you wish to return your order for a refund, we accept returns sent back within 10 days of your order’s arrival. Please note that returns will only be accepted on unworn items in original condition and packaging. Items that have an odor of any kind (for example: tobacco), appear to be worn, stretched, snagged, or have been tried on under clothing are not eligible for refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Please note that a restocking fee of $6.00 will be applied to the refund. Up to 50% of the retail value may be deducted from the refund at the Company's discretion should the item not be returned in original condition.
