Need a different size? We do not process exchanges. Please place a new order for your desired size and kindly return you order for a refund as outlined below.

RETURNS

We hope you LOVE your BackEmbrace, however should you wish to return your order for a refund, we accept returns sent back within 10 days of your order’s arrival. Please note that returns will only be accepted on unworn items in original condition and packaging. Items that have an odor of any kind (for example: tobacco), appear to be worn, stretched, snagged, or have been tried on under clothing are not eligible for refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Please note that a restocking fee of $6.00 will be applied to the refund. Up to 50% of the retail value may be deducted from the refund at the Company's discretion should the item not be returned in original condition.

Please include the original packing slip with your shipment and please obtain tracking number for your records; BackEmbrace is not responsible for lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:  We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any extra fees, duties or taxes associated with your purchase. Customers will be responsible for these charges, even if the package is refused.
